::: Logan Kissack :::
“Training with Split Second Speed has not only made me a better
football player but a faster, more agile athlete overall. I have
gone to other so called “speed training” sessions in the area, and
nothing else comes close to the type of workouts and knowledge that
I have received from Split Second Speed and it’s trainers.
I
am now going to play football for Elmhurst college in the fall and
feel like I am very prepared to make the transition to college
football from high school because of the lifting and speed drills
Split Second Speed has put me through.”

::: Mike Yocius / Will Yocius :::
"I am the proud father of two Division I athletes, both of
whom were speed trained by Split Second Speed.
My
younger son... was able to reduce his 40 yard dash by 5 tenths of a
second. I'm quite sure that new number helped him get where he
wanted to be. Make no mistake, when your athletes go to Johnny
and Split Second Speed, they will be pushed hard, and from our
experience, harder than anyone else out there, but there is no
question in my mind that they will add the speed and quickness they
need to succeed in their sports.
Johnny has developed
techniques to increase speed, explosiveness and agility, not just
better straight race times. Lastly, and most important, Johnny
competed at some of the highest levels of his sports, so he really
understands the kind of quickness you need for sport success, not
just track success. I can't say enough good things about
Johnny, and the training he provides.”
